I believe we contribute to the good of the world by more fully knowing ourselves—and living from that truer place.
HOW I CAN HELP YOUI am someone who had to slow down and grow with honesty—to find openness to explore my life from multiple angles in order to be who I am today. I want to work with people who want to do the same. While based in Georgia I have a global reach. I use nature as much as possible to learn from and would love to share it with you.
As someone who naturally bridges strategy, relationships, and execution, I help people and meaningful work flourish — whether through one-on-one coaching or partnering alongside organizations to move important things forward.
What is coaching?
People come to the work of coaching wanting clarity, confidence, and a place where they can speak honestly. Our sessions will offer a calm, attentive space where you feel deeply heard and supported. I am highly relational and experiential. Together, we find the right words for what matters most to you, create a clear direction forward, and stay responsive to what’s coming up during our time together.
Clients describe feeling more known, settled, confident in their voice, and even surprised by how naturally meaningful change unfolds. There is structure when it’s needed, flexibility when it serves, and care throughout. The work isn’t rushed—it’s thoughtful, grounded, and quietly powerful.
There are many ways individuals define what feels insightful. My value as a coach is not that I am insightful—it’s that I make your insight feel safe, accessible, usable and human to you.
“I hope when you come home to yourself there are flowers lining the front porch that were left from all the women [and men] you were before.”

WHAT I OFFERLet’s Explore Together
We can meet online, in nature, or through a thoughtful combination of both, with a clear structure and steady rhythm that still allows for real life and responsiveness.
I split my time between the U.S. and the UK and, when possible, welcome in-person time alongside virtual sessions, aligning around a cadence or season that works for both of us.
A Thought Partner
Three SessionsThose moments when you simply need to be heard into existence before you decide? Maybe its like UK’s "see it, say it, sort it" - when you simply need a listener to help sort what you are experiencing? Let's listen together and see what might want to become a fantastic opening and path forward.
Let’s Work Together
Twelve SessionsYou are clear on the "thing" you want to work on together and are ready to move ahead for an exciting journey of self-discovery and changed perspective. Biweekly sessions over roughly six months, offering steady space to explore your focus with thoughtful companionship, reflection, and forward movement.

TestimonialsDon’t take my word for it
Here’s what others noticed, experienced, and walked away with from our time together.
[Claire] helped me find my voice and helped me express myself.

Her questions invite curiosity and crack the door to self-awareness, giving me the freedom to walk through. Claire suggests practices and self-reflection that invite the integration of body, mind and soul.

She was organised with a clear game plan.
“
I really enjoyed the sessions. [Claire] was a great listener and observer.
“
She used art to help settle my mind… and renaissance or rebirth was a common theme throughout the sessions.
“
She was genuinely caring, open and transparent. She was able to be experimental, and we were both very open to that.
“
I would recommend working with Claire—she helps me increase my capacity to stay grounded in chaos and live with clarity and compassion.
